Punishment Appeal Process

In our Discord go to the #tickets channel and you can start the punishment appeal process.

1. Click the 📩 button to get started.
2. Select the category as “Punishment Appeal”
3. You will be asked a series of questions to help the staff team understand the basis of your appeal. These questions must be answered honestly and in detail.

After you submit your appeal, the staff member who issued the original punishment will review your appeal and determine whether the original punishment was unjustified, deserves a reduction, or should either be accepted or denied.

In the event that the staff member decides your punishment was invalid, your appeal will be accepted, and the punishment will be removed.

In the event that the staff member decides your punishment was valid, your appeal will be denied, and the punishment will remain, with the possibility of a reduction at the discretion of the staff member.

<aside> ⏰ Punishment Reduction Times

If your appeal was denied but the staff member gives you a reduction, the time will typically be cut in half from the original punishment duration. A punishment reduction can also be chosen specifically by the staff member depending on the situation.
